Order Tracking: How to Track Your Order on This Website

On this occasion, we’ll go through the basic steps and a few pointers on how to use the order tracking features on Band and Bracelets.

We offer our customers the service of tracking their shipment, when you receive a tracking number from us, you can track your order through our website.

Wherever possible, our shipments will include a tracking number you can use to follow its progress. In rare cases, tracking will not be available because certain transport providers do not offer such options, mainly in countries with a less developed postal service.

Otherwise, you can be sure that we will forward your tracking information to you as soon as possible.

Email Order Tracking Information

After your order has been processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Usually, a tracking number will be embedded in that email, and you will see it in a separate “TRACKING INFORMATION” section. That section will contain a link with your tracking number:

This link will always be valid, and will always lead directly to our order tracking page, with your tracking number automatically embedded. It will update every couple of hours, and it should always contain the latest information.

Bear in mind that it will take some time after the shipment has been sent for the package to register in the system. If you click on the link immediately after you receive the email, there is a good chance that nothing will show up.

There is no reason to be alarmed by that. Simply wait until the next morning. By then, the system will probably register your package and you will see the results on the order tracking page.

My Account Order Tracking Link

If you deleted your email, or just don’t have it at hand, there is another easy way to track your orders.

You can log in and navigate to your Account / Dashboard. Then, go to Orders, and you should see your order listed. Once a tracking code becomes available you will see it in your order listing:

Once again, this is your tracking number embedded in a link to the order tracking page.

Regardless of which link you choose to click on, you will land directly on our Order Tracking page, where you can see the status of your shipment:

Checking in on that link once in a while, you will be able to track the progress of your shipment displayed in the bubbles along the trajectory.

To trigger an update, click on the Track button on the page.

Manual Tracking Options

Another way to track your order would be to do it manually. There are several ways of doing that.

Since you know your exact tracking number, if you want, you can navigate directly to the order tracking page from within your dashboard, and paste the code in the form yourself.

Clicking on Track will then trigger the system and display the current records on the status of your order.

Of course, you don’t have to use our order page at all. Another option would be to use an external order tracking service.

Tracking Through External Services

The numbers you see on the screenshots is your actual tracking number. By copying that number, you can use any international order tracking service, like 17TRACK, or in case of our local shipping partners, USPS.

Keep in mind, however, that our shipping partners can change, and not only over time. With international shipments, they can change based on location and country as well. It can very well be that some of these external services fail to track some part of your package’s journey. We cannot guarantee how these services may work with our packages, so we would still advise you to use our order tracking system.

Of course, there is no ideal solution, including our own system. In some cases several days can go by with no updates at all. This does not mean that your package is lost, it just means that the shipping company has different schedules or protocols for scanning and sorting incoming packages.

Local circumstances can also affect the speed with which a package can arrive. Packages can go through different postal systems with varying speeds, so it’s always a good idea to keep track of your local conditions, and, of course, check the order tracking page.

After all, that is why tracking pages exist, and that’s why you should check them frequently!

As always, feel free to contact us if you have any questions about your order.
